This Privacy Policy explains how Quantly ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Quantly platform (the "Service"). It applies to all users of the Service.
Account information
Full name, email address, and optionally country and phone number, provided at sign-up. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and Google account identifier from Google.
Strategy and trading data
The strategies you build, backtest configurations and results, paper-trading activity, and — if you connect a broker — order and position data related to your live trading activity.
Broker credentials
If you connect a brokerage account (IBKR), the credentials/tokens needed to place orders on your behalf are encrypted at rest and used solely to communicate with your broker on your instruction.
Billing information
If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor — we do not store your full card number.
Usage data
Log data such as IP address, browser/device information, and pages or features used, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service:

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest. All traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account and trading data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, tax, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@nocodealgo.app. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law.
We use only the minimum cookies or browser storage necessary to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (such as light/dark theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
